Service Terms
These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, thoughtful, and elevated experience from booking to final delivery. Each client deserves clarity, care, and consistency. The following guidelines ensure that this business is able to create artwork with intention and excellence.
1. Booking & Reservation
Your session date and time are confirmed once the booking retainer is received.
Because sessions are limited each month, reservations are held on a first-come, first-served basis.
A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure your session.
2. Rescheduling
Life happens, and I understand the need for flexibility. If you need to reschedule:
• Please notify me at least 48 hours before your session.
• Rescheduling is allowed once without an additional fee.
• Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new retainer, depending on availability.
If the weather is not suitable for an outdoor session, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Cancellations
The booking retainer is non-refundable, as it reserves your date and time exclusively for you.
If you must cancel your session entirely, the retainer cannot be transferred or refunded.
4. Late Arrivals
To respect all scheduled clients:
• Sessions begin and end at the designated time.
• Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to ensure the next appointment is not impacted.
If you anticipate being delayed, please contact me as soon as possible.
5. Children, Families & Safety
The comfort and safety of all clients — especially children — are always prioritized.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children during the session.
No portrait is worth compromising anyone’s well-being.
6. Creative Approach & Artistic Style
By booking a session, you acknowledge that my work is rooted in a fine-art, cinematic, and painterly aesthetic.
Clients trust my:
• artistic direction
• use of light
• color grading
• location choice
• posing and styling guidance
While your preferences and inspirations are welcome, final artistic decisions remain at my discretion to preserve quality and style.
7. Editing & Retouching
All delivered images are carefully edited in my signature style.
Retouching includes:
• color grading
• exposure and composition adjustments
• light skin smoothing
• small blemish removal
Extensive retouching (body reshaping, object removal, heavy reconstruction, etc.) may incur additional fees and must be discussed in advance.
Raw files are not released under any circumstances.
8. Image Delivery
Images are delivered through a private online gallery within 2–4 weeks, depending on session type and season.
Weddings or large events may require 6–8 weeks.
Clients receive the number of edited images included in their selected package.
9. Payment
Payment schedules vary by session type and will be clearly outlined in your contract or invoice.
Accepted forms of payment include:
• Cash or check
• Venmo or Zelle
• Bank transfer
Full payment is required before final gallery delivery.
10. Prints & Products
Fine art prints, wall art, and albums are available to order directly through your gallery or by request.
Professional printing ensures:
• archival quality
• accurate color
• long-lasting craftsmanship
Clients printing outside of professional labs may experience quality variations.
11. Client Usage Rights
Clients receive a personal-use license to share and print their images for personal enjoyment.
Images may not be edited, altered, filtered, or used for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission.

12. Photographer’s Usage
I may use select images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before the session.
